Does anyone else have recurrent bacterial infections?

I have had recurrent bacterial infections for years. My Doctor put me on gel I have to insert twice a week...pretty much forever to stop them. Its nasty and comes out during the day in big white chunks, which is not sexy.

I have heard about Rephresh...has anyone tried the pills? What have you tried or what do you use that has been successful?

THANKS!

  • Probiotics, change your diet for one sugar feeds all bacteria and funguses, i don't get bv but i suffer from yeast sometimes and when i change my diet it gets better , maybe even try using condoms. You could be reacting to your partners semen. It can throw off you natural ph and vaginal flora.

  • I guess some people are just more prone to it just like yeast infections are my enemy if im pregnant, take medicine even eat badly i get one. You should really limit sugars and refined foods when suffering from any vaginal infection though. Try citrus too. Citrus foods can help with the ph.
