What's for dinner at your house tonight?

We have a housefull of kids so I made a huge meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn or green beans.

  • Dirty rice made with hamburger, corn cooked in butter in a pan to make it crispy and a veggie combo with carrots, red peppers, yellow carrots and green beans in an olive oil herb sauce.

  • No idea. I have enough leftovers to feed a small invading army. Tempted to just throw stuff at plates and serve whatever sticks.

    (Sorry, tired of busting my butt cooking for the last.... 2 years! and seeing half of it thrown away. They can eat it and pretend to like it - or cook for themselves from now on!)
