When do I need to ease the baby food out and giving other foods like graduates?

Should I be feeding my soon to be 1 year old more table food or graduates than the baby food stage 3?

  • I didn't even go to the stage 3 baby food with my last two. I put my 1st on table food after a year! New mom didn't know anything. My 2nd 10 months and my last 8 months.

  • If your baby has teeth you can start feeding him table food that is size appropriate at this age. You dont have to use stage 2 or 3 foods. What your family eats is just fine as long as baby dosnt choke on it and chews it. Diced carrots, peas sweet potatos pieces, gold fish crackers, cheese pieces scrambled eggs, pancake pieces all good choices.
