  • run, drink lots of water, eat better and smaller portions, just move in general..

  • Cut your diet in half (don't stop eating though), cut out fats/carbs/sugar, do at least 30mins of cardio a day.

  • Losing weight fast is not good for the body and is easily gained back. The best way to lose and keep it off is to do so with lifestyle changes (healthy eating/excercise)

  • Eat lean protein and produce.
    Make one of your meals a smoothie.
    Hula hoop 30 minutes a day.

  • Do you want to be healthy about it, or just lost rapidly? If you don't do it healthfully, and go slowly, the weight will come back, and then some, because you will have slowed your metabolism. Your best bet is eating right and exercise. Never go below 1200 calories a day, and don't exercise more than 5 days a week. Your body needs recovery time.

    I've had a lot of success with eating clean.  I have a journal here about it, if you're not familiar with it.

  • The quickest way is to fast. Unfortunately it's also the quickest way to gain it back. Slow and steady wins the race, eat health and exercise moderately. Not quick, but long lasting.
