Do you want to be healthy about it, or just lost rapidly? If you don't do it healthfully, and go slowly, the weight will come back, and then some, because you will have slowed your metabolism. Your best bet is eating right and exercise. Never go below 1200 calories a day, and don't exercise more than 5 days a week. Your body needs recovery time.
I've had a lot of success with eating clean. I have a journal here about it, if you're not familiar with it.
