  • Yes, I do. Fresh fruits/veggies and organic products are expensive.

  • yes to point, it depends on where you live. I live in Montana, not really the center of farming for many vegtables and fruits. So there is the cost of shipping added to the price of these items.

I have begun eating at least 2 raw meals, mostly dinner, a week. It does cost more then preserved, canned, or frozen alternatives but the benefits outweigh the extra costs.

  • Yes. But it is worth it.

  • It is MUCh more expensive to eat healthy. It is a main contributing factor in the level of obseity in poor, rural areas. A pan of cornbread and a pot of beans is cheap. A pot of chicken and dumplings is relatively cheap, High carb, high fat diets also stick to the ribs of hard working people. It is a vicious cycle.

  • Yes and no...depends on what you are eating. If you stick to correct portion sizes you should be able to stretch it longer. Drink more water and eat more non creamy soups.

  • yes but possibly cheaper with better health. If you snack alot that gets expensive so I agree if you eat right portions it would not be so bad.
