diet detox

have any of you tried any detox and how did it work out?

I am thinking about trying one just wanted some advice.

Which one did you do? How do you feel?

  • Simply drinking 8-10 8oz glasses of water every day, and staying away from processed foods, will detox your body in under a week. Don't buy into the fad.

  • Don't do it! They're horrible for you! Your body detoxes itself without those, and all they do is slow your metabolism.

  • Eating real food will help your body rid itself of toxins faster. Get anything processed out of your diet and see how much better you feel.
    There are so many different ways to detox or jump start a diet. Juicing, taking dairy or sugar out of your diet for a few weeks, they're not all bad just do your research and use common sense.

  • Never tried it. It scares me. I'd rather do things the natural & safe way.
