how can i reduce swelling in my legs?

  • Try resting with your feet propped up or laying down for a little bit. If the swelling gets worse or won't go away then contact your doctor.

  • only answer...stay off ur feet, prop them up. Of course is it gets severe..and u start swelling in ur face go to the ER. You can never be to safe!

  • Feet higher than your hips,stay propped up even in bed.Watch your stress too.I worked up until delivery,and my ankles would swell up over my heels.Yeah had to wear heels!! But i would prop them up as much as possible.I had my boss look at me and tell me go back in the back prop up those pups and take a rest.

  • drink plenty of fluids, put feet up as often as possible, maybe invest in a pair of those surgical support stockings.
