  • Eat whole grains (whole wheat, not just wheat- look at the ingredients, look for whole wheat, not enriched wheat flour). You don't need supplements! Eat lots of veggies, fruit, and whole grains, and you'll be fine. Make sure you drink plenty of water, too.

  • I have several intestinal diseases and all my nutritionists tell me anything green normally has tons of fiber. Also, beans is a great one if youre into mexican food or can stomach them. Also, the yucky stuff like fiber one, metamucile and whole grain. There are so many fiberous foods available if you just google it.

  • All Bran Buds have 11 grams of fiber per 1/3 cup.  It has the highest fiber content of all the cereals and I know this because I spent ages in the supermarket reading cereal box labels.

Baked beans and pea soup also have a high fiber content.

  • Benefiber. Ground flax can be added to most anything & it tastes nutty. I add a spoonful to my scrambled eggs everyday
