my thyroid level is extreamly low. its causing weight gain, and severe sleepyness. anyone have any sugestions how to cope?

  • they have medicine for hypo thyroid. don't you see a dr? they give you shots for it

  • Mine is very underactive too. I am on synthroid.

  • Synthetic thyroid hormone is the way to go.

  • Go get checked out by your doctor. They will give you some medication for it and have other
    suggestions.
