Should the first amendment be based on fairness rather than freedom?

That seems to be the general consensus among progressive liberals. Who decides what "fair" is?

  • Thats a socialist thing to say.... FREEDOM is the most important thing, its our foundation and it should remain that way, government needs to butt out and give us back our freedom and STOP trying to take it away.

  • Although I agree with freedom of speech I think that as with most laws it is twisted so that people can be disrespectful, rude and that then infringes on other's rights.
