Below is the email I got from "yahoo" in thailand.
Pretty sure its a fake. I was just curious if anyone else has gotten it.
We are Pleased to inform you that your email was selected among the
winning numbers of the recently Lotto conducted in our head
office.respond to this mail within 72 hours otherwise we will assume
that you are not interested.
We conducted the lotto in conjuction with Thai Government Lottery Board

You name the country, they have the SAME email going around. Unless you have lived in Thailand and recall putting your name and email account in, its a scam!
It's funny though, I get them all the time, the country name is changed.OR Ive inheirited something from family in South Africa I never knew I had had!
I have a new email account and I get those.....if you know its a scam......you can forward that onto yahoo.
