Left over buns

I have a lot of dinner rolls left over from Christmas....What are somethings that I can make with it besides hamburgers, sloppy joes, ham...something different.

  • You could put them in some meatloaf?

  • if you give them a good long soak in the mixture you can probably create a cinnamon french toast w/ them. I do this w/ most all leftover buns

  • biscuits & gravy. Dry them out and make croutons out of them or once they're dried out you can put them in a food processor and make bread crumbs w/them.

  • We used ours to make open faced sandwiches, homemade bread crumbs and we sliced then and made french toast for breakfast. It was sooo good!

  • Last night I made bread pudding with my leftover rolls. I used eggnog instead of cream. Yummy! :-)
