2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    3 eggs
    Salt & pepper
1 box Stove Top Stuffing, any flavor
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    1/2 cup ketchup
Preparation Mix meat, eggs, salt & pepper, and stuffing mix. Form into bottom of crock-pot. Cook on low for about 4 hours.

Pour tomato juice on top of loaf and finish cooking on low for another 3-4 hours.

Spread ketchup over top and let cook on low for another 30 minutes. This will be the time to start your other sides for a wonderful dinner! Enjoy!

  • There's a group on CM....try Crock Pot Moma's....I think that's what it's called. If that's not the exact name you could group search and type...crock pot.
