  • Lean protein and produce. If it's processed, don't buy it or eat it. Your body will change right before your eyes.

  • A balanced diet with healthy carbs, protiens, etc. etc. A diabetic diet is one of the healthiest you can eat.....but I use the term "diet" as a way of life style or eating. Anytime you go on a specific diet, such as Atkins, and then stop you'll gain it back, they are meant to be forever eating habit changes not temporary. So you have to find a healthy balanced diet that you can stick with

  • Portions,you eat normally just smaller amounts ,cut up smaller to make it go farther!
