What should I make for dinner with ground beef??

My son enjoys ground beef a lot, so I end up making dinners that have ground beef in them. But I'm getting tired of spaghetti and meatloaf! What else can I make with ground beef???

  • mini hamburgers (we mix shredded cheese, garlic powder and ketchup into the ground beef, make small patties and broil them, adding more ketchup and cheese on top halfway through)
    homemade burgers
hawaiian meatballs (make meatballs and toss with a (drained) can of pineapple chunks, some bell pepper and russian or catalina dressing until peppers are tender) Serve over rice

  • You could make sloppy joes, or meatball heroes with melted mozzarella on top, spaghetti and meat sauce, or what care called pizza burgers which are basically burgers with sauce and mozzarella cheese on top

  • Do you have stuff for tacos? I make fried tacos...they are delish. What you do is mix ground beef one browned with refried beans, slap it in a tortilla and fry it in a pan with oil (which ever you prefer) on each side for a couple of minutes. Once cooled add your favorite toppings and enjoy :)

  • I have found that kids love tater tot casserole. Its super easy and cheap. All you do is brown 1-2 lbs. hamburger in skillet, drain the excess grease. Pour into a 9x9 pan. Add a family size can of cream of mushroom soup and mix with hamburger. You can also use a dash of soul seasoning in this as well. After mixing the soup and meat, evenly spread on bottom of pan. Top the mixture with tater tots. Bake in oven for about 30 mins on 350 degrees. Once tater tots look done, take out and layer the tots with shredded cheddar/mozzerella cheese blend. Put back in oven and bake until cheese is melted. This is so simple and absolutely delicious. I hope your family will like this as much as mine does.
