  • I got this recipe from a group here on cafemom. I have used it a few times but it has been awhile. Not sure how much this makes.

     1 stick soft butter

    1cup of powdered sugar

    1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup cocoa powder(if you want chocolate frosting instead of plain vanilla)

If it is too thick, add a tiny bit of milk. If it is too thin, simply add more powdered sugar.

  • I take a bag of the sugar, only a T of butter, and add small amounts of milk slowly until it is the consistancy I want. Then add a tsp or two of almond extract.
