  • Heck yes! You don't wanna have the baby weight from two babies to lose and yes, it would make for an easier pregnancy.

  • They say after a baby it takes a woman's body 2 years to fully recoup to normal.

  • I think it depends. If you're overweight, then you may want to lose weight so that you are no longer overweight, but if you're weight is healthy, but you're just a few pounds heavier than you were before baby, then it's probably not necessary. Just don't go crazy eating (like i did) during pregnancy and keep active!

  • Yes, it may help to not have that extra weight, but if it was me I would probably think what the heck I'm going to get fat anyway, not the right attitude I know.
