What is the right way to pick my three month old up out of her swing/ carseat?

My daughter is three months and since she was about two months we started picking her upfrom under her armpits. ( this seemed to be fine with her) Now I' starting to hear a popping sound come from her shoudlers. My question is..

- How should we be picking her up?
- Is the popping sound normal?

  • a 3 months they are still very small so you should be able to pick your dd up under the arm and also with your hand( 8 fingers) behind the head.

  • I pick him up under the armpits too. I don't think I've ever heard a popping sound...I don't think there is anything wrong with that though. A three month old should be in enough control of their neck...right?
