Weight loss.

Whats worked for you? I did this (and the darn thing made me prego again, cause i felt and looked good!) for a month before i found out i was pregnant.

FIXX in the morning-gave me wicked energy till the end of the da and was vegan(shake) and filling.

FORM before every meal except breakfast(shake).

1 meal a day consisted of Konjac noodles(these do the same thing as FORM-except its food).

I lost 20 lbs in 1 month just walking around the block 2-3 times a week.

What did you do that worked?

  • FIXX is a shake, FORM is a gastric bulker-just like the noodles.

  • I portion my meals and have lost about 30 pounds and have kept it off.Its all about educating yourself...go learn.

  • Good sleep and plenty of wtaer are the first things. Then walking and eating healthy foods and avoiding fats and sugars.

  • I'm sure you lost weight but that doesn't sound healthy at all =(

    Lots of water, good combo of protein/fiber/fat/carbs, and regular exercise. That's what worked for 'me'...
