1 Bump

Who has a diet that works?

Okay. I had my baby in July. I need some tips on any diets that anyone knows personally that work. I weighed 168 by the end of the pregnancy, but I only lost 16 pounds in almost 6 months. HELP ME! I feel unattractive.... Some women look good plump, but I'm not one of them....

  • Watch what you eat and exercise. That's the only sure-fire diet plan. Fads are just that, fads, that don't work.

  • Weight Watcher or something similiar is the best way to lose and keep it off. Fad diets may work initially, but when you go back to regular eating, you gain it back. Eat healthy and exercise. Now if I can just follow my own advice.

  • SparkPeople.com, it's free. Check it out. It's about healthy lifestyles, not "lose weight quick" plans.

  • Rest, water, exercise, and cutting out fats, sugars, caffeine, and other nasties. Taking weight of slowly is the best way to keep it off.
