what could be the reason for rosy cheeks on my 3 year old?

  • Chapped skin. My kids have gotten that. Slather some vaseline on at bedtime.

  • My son gets that when he eats something his body doesn't agree with - he is growing out of lactose issues and this has happened with random foods since he was 2..

  • I'd say either dry skin or it could be a sign of a small fever.

  • My kids get that if they are out in the cold or in this dry winter air. I use a dry skin cream and it clears it right up.
