How can i make my own pediasure?

I am wanting another way to pack on the calories for my son Logan. He has down syndrome and needs help gaining weight.
Would appreciate any ideas.

  • Get whole milk and Carnation instant breakfast. If he likes milkshakes or smoothies blend in an avocado.

  • Carnation is great. What does he like to eat? Nuts are a great healthy fat. So are avocados, coconut milk and olive oil. If you add milk into his recepies, you can swap in some heavy cream (great for soups, shakes, cream sauces, or even eggs). Cheese is another healthy, high calorie food that kids often love - melt it on whatever he likes!
