Pregnant, the condom never broke, never slipped off

Has this happened to anyone else? and can home pregnancy tests have false positives? One was negative than 4 days later positive.

  • well nothing besides abstaining is 100%, it is extremely rare for it to happen however there is a possibility that the condom itself had a tiny hole or something. did he check it to see if it leaked afterwards, before discarding it? The first test may have been negative because you didn't have enough hormone for it to say, four days later you probably have enough hormone in your system to tell, I would assume you are pregnant. You can go to your doctor to get tested to be sure.

  • Condoms are only 98% effective, and yes they can give false positives but it's more likely to have a false negative.

  • We switched brands and they seemed bigger as in looser because he complained the lifestyles were too tight which they are but the trojans seemed baggy and loose maybe leaving room for something to leak. Itseems no condom fits right . That could be my only guess.

  • I will check out that site. All the companies claim 98% effective with proper use. Yes we put them on right so I guess that is covering their own ass bullcrap.
