Do you ever forget to eat?

I do, more often than I'd like. Until dinner tonight, I forgot to eat all day..and even then, I barely ate. I blame stress.

  • Yeah, I do the same thing all of the time. Probably why I'm so tired most of the time and can hardly sleep at night too. lol

  • I have done this many a times. It is due to stress for sure. You should try keeping snacky things around so that it is there as a reminder and convenient.

  • Yes if I am constantly on the go... I do forget or until the kids say they are hungry then Im like oh yeah FOOD!

  • latley yes there is not enough food in the house so i leave it for the kids
    i have lost weight over this
    hubby starts a new job on monday
    after two yrs no job it has been hard

  • You must be very busy thats the only time I've forgotten to eat, when I ran my daycare I was so consumed I forgot to eat all the time.

  • NO.... NEVER.......I HAVE A FEAR OF GETTING FAT... I EAT 5 SMALL MEALS A DAY.... CONSTANT HEALTHY EATING = FASTER METABOLISM = SHED FAT EASIER
