The best IS yet to come or The best HAS yet to come? I never can remember.

  • Well...both make sense to me. The best IS yet to come or The best HAS yet to come, meaning the best has still yet to come. Because it doesn't say The best HAS come. It would be "The best HAS YET to come'. I've heard it both ways and both ways make perfect sense to me.
