  • I set goals for the whole year and TRY to meet them.

  • I set goals, but not for New Year's. I do it through the year. I don't find that making New Year's resolutions is the most effective way to make long term changes in my life.

  • Yes I do - - - I have a couple and I'm really gonna try to keep them this year. I did good last year but come Thanksgiving and Christmas - - - Yeah - - - totally fell off the wagon but I'm ready to get back on! lol

  • No. I don't follow through on them, so it turns out to be an empty promise to myself. It takes time for me to change anything about myself. :)

  • Why do people say "I don't make resolutions" That's so annoying. A promise to try...hmmm..that is an intention which IS a resolution.

Anyway, sometimes I do. Last year, was to lose the rest of my baby weight...which I did. And this year is to help my husband lose his baby
