1 Bump

Pat on the back :)

About a year ago I found out I had hypothyroidism. After starting synthroid I had a boost of energy. I lost about 15 lbs. in 8 months not a lot but after being on synthroid a year my doctor thought it would be helpful to go on adipex for 5 months and work on my eating workout habits. Well it's been 1 month and I have lost an additional 20 lbs. :) I am only 20 lbs. off my 130 goal weight :)

  • It's really helped me eat healthier. I eat smaller portions and gradually started exercising. I was about 110-120 in high school my junior year we moved and I quit Cheerleading. I was about 130-145 junior and senior year. I met my husband and got pregnant I weighed 150. By the time I delivered I was 201 :/ ugh lol. My daughter will be 2 in April and I'm back down to 150.
