Should i squeeze the pus out?

I just noticed that my 20 month old daughter has 2 round spots on her finger.The spots are flat and have pus in them.Its to late to call her dr.and of course they are closed over the weekend.

  • no! don't squeeze you risk infection if you do. Cover them if you can to keep them from getting chewed on or whatever(if your child is younger) and call the doc after the weekend.

  • No I wouldn't that would increase the chance of infection if you think its that bad take her to a clinic!

  • Just leave them be. Put a little neosporin on them and cover with a bandaid

  • You could also have her dr paged and see what advice they have. Maybe by description they can tell you what they think it might be GL

  • Do not squeeze it. Put triple antibiotic and a waterproof bandaid on it.
