  • I finally decided on HRT. I just couldn't handle all the hot flashes and night sweats! I also didn't have any energy and I just felt generally "old"! I tried several things before I happened on Activella. I had no luck with the patches, Estra Derm and Vivelle Dot, they wouldn't stick. Vivelle Dot also gave me a severe headache and high blood pressure! I even tried the generic Activella... it made me terribly sick. I am on Activella for 2 months now and I feel great!!

  • I don't do anything as of yet for mine. I've not tried any HRT yet. When I can I sit in front of a fan or drink ice water!

Ahhhh the joys of getting older huh! Im 48 and have been having issues for a few years now!!!

  • I would talk to your Dr, you may have to try several things before you find what works for you. I am still looking for something that works for me, I carry a fan with me. I couldn't get the patches to stay on either.
