Who should I kiss first?

This is our 1st New Year as husband and wife but we will also let my 11 year old daughter stay up to join in the celebration. She wants me to kiss her first because I've always told her that people kiss a person they love at New Year. In years past, she's always done New Year at her friends' house so he and I was always alone and together. I really want to kiss in the New Year with my husband, but I also don't want my daughter to feel like I'm choosing him over her. What should I do?

  • I say you do a group hug, kiss your dau 1st & save hubby for last- since that kiss will last a bit longer! :)

  • I think you should kiss your daughter first, your husband is an adult and should understand!

  • I agree, daughter first, hubby second. I'm sure he will understand.

  • Daughter first. Her feelings should be first priority. She has a new step dad to worry about, just give the kid the first kiss.

  • We always do a group hug and then I kiss my son and then hubby. Nothing wrong with that. Your hubby second child first. The kiss with hubby is longer. Kiss for kids is not long just on the cheek.
