We live in central time and last year we let the kids stay up to watch it drop, thinking we would see it at midnight. Nope, our stations showed it at 11 our time and did not rerun it at midnight or 1 am (which is how late we stayed up trying to see it). )c: This year, we remembered at 11:05, but the kids were like "eh, who cares". They have my mentality of NYE, it's no big deal.
