everyone wants to lose weight, are you doing any special diet or just cutting down?

  • Cutting down. I know EXACTLY why I gained weight. Eating at night. Like getting up and snacking. Im gonna stop that and drink more water instead off coffee and tea.

  • I'm eating clean! I've lost almost 40 lbs so far!  I'm also running, cycling, going to the gym, and doing Jillian Michaels videos.
