Any free online programs

Are there any free online calorie tracking programs? It would be a bonus if they had a few helpful recipes. I have been working out for about a month, but I know if I start watching calories and eating better I will get better results.

  • Check out! It's right up your alley! They also have recipes at  Spark people also has an iPhone app if you have an iPhone, so you can track your calories on the go!

Have you heard of eating clean?  There's a magazine, and this is their website, with lots of great recipes.

  • My favorite book and the diet plan I am using is the Belly Fat Cure. You can find all that information at I recommend you buying the book though. It's perfect!
