  • I MADE A QUICK AND INEXPENSIVE MEAL MY BOYS CALLED PIZZA CUPS. INGREDIENTS: CANNED BISQUITS, GROUND BEEF, SPAGHETTI SAUCE, AND CHEESE. GREASE MUFFIN PANS. COOK GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN. ADD YOUR FAVORITE SPAGHETTI SAUCE. PLACE CANNED BISCUITS IN EACH CUP OF MUFFIN PAN. SPREAD THEM UP THE SIDES. FILL EACH CUP WITH THE GROUND BEEF MIXTURE AND TOP WITH CHEESE. BAKE UNTIL DONE. KIDS LOVE THEM. ANOTHER IDEA IS BREAKFAST PIZZA. MAKE BISCUIT DOUGH AND SPREAD ON A GREASED COOKIE SHEET. ( SPREAD IT TO DESIRED THICKNESS, REMEMBER IT WILL RISE WHEN COOKING.) COOK UNTIL DONE BUT NOT BROWN. COOK SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON, HAM, OR SAUSAGE. CRUMBLE OR CHOP YOUR CHOICE OF MEAT. LAYER THE EGGS, MEAT, AND CHEESE. PLACE BACK IN OVEN TIL THE CHEESE IS BUBBLY.

  • chicken onion pizza-take homemade or store-bought (refrigerated or not) pizza crust. Cook 1 cup sliced onions in vegetable oil in a skillet about 7 minutes on medium heat until caramelized. Using your favorite salsa as a sauce(turns out it's really really yummy :)Add your choice of cheese, cooked chicken, and toppings and bake according to pizza crust directions. I got this recipe out of Cheap, fast, good- a cookbook with money-saving recipes and tips for saving on you grocery bill. And, even though I don't like to shop Wal-Mart, for now I do until they build a costco an hour away....i found a book for $3 written by the coupon mom on cutting your grocery bills in half. Hope this helps!!

  • sherpard pie. need hamburgar, 1 bag of mixed veggies, 1 big can of mushroom soup and mashed potatoes.
make mashed potatoes using real potatoes or box.
brown hamburgar.pre-heat oven to 350. mix hamburgar, veggies and soup together.
put in a baking dish. top with mashed potatoes and bake for about 30 to 35 min. or until lightly brown.
If you like onions you cook them when you brown the hamburgar. Hope this helped

  • creamy chicken enchillads $8-12 all depends on which brands ect
(this is kind of like a layered mexi lasagna.)

cooked chicken breast cubed, i use 1 pound ($4)
1 can cream of chicken soup ($1.50)
1 can cream of mushroom soup ($1.50)
1 small can (6oz or less) chopped green chilies (.69 cents)
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
2 cups, or one bag shredded cheese ($2.50)
    tortillas ($2 about)

in a bowl mix the soups, chilies, chicken and powders. any size pan but 13x9 pan works best for me. lay the tortillas on the bottom so that pan is covered. Pour half of the mixture from the bowl over the tortillas. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Then put a second layer of tortillas on top. repeat the mixture and cheese. bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked. **if you dont like spicy or the heat you can skip out on the chilies***
