What is a good way to get pee smell out of a mattress?

  • OdorBan... you can find it at most Lowe's stores...
    Soak the mattress ( I mean drench it) let dry... repeat if nec...
    works on EVERYTHING...

  • Ive used 409 carpet cleaner for pet stains.

  • Nature's Miracle or similar cleaner found at a pet supply store. Not sure how well it works for a mattress, but it does well on carpet. Even if it's not dog/cat pee, it works. I threw up in my car and it did a very good job of getting rid of the smell.

  • cut THREE Large Onions and place them face or cut side down on the peed area for a couple hours the onions soak up the uric acid smell then wash area with dawn and blot soaking up any excess water sprinkle damp area with baking soda leave on until dry then vacuum. We used this solution at a nursing home when the family or patient refused a mattress pad.
