Lost...I dont know where to start...

My daughter is 19mths and my husband comes home from deployment soon. I dont think we will have another child right away but I do for see one in the future. I had GD and preeclampsia that turned eclamptic and also had issues afterwards. (Everything is fine now).

Now that she is starting Daycare on Monday, I plan on working out more. But what I am in need of most is a Monthly meal planner I can hang on my fridge. I would love to know where I can find a "healthy" one...along with soem ideas to go in it.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction....Happy New Year!
