Does your DH snore? what do you do about it?

My DH is awful! I love him but....I am constantly kicking at him to turn over...sometimes I can see why my grandparents had seperate rooms just cause of the noise! we lost power and usually I use the TV to drown him out but not last night! What do you do to help this problem?

  • Smother him with a pillow? hahahaha.
My DH snores too, I'll elbow him and tell him to roll over. Maybe try those nose strips.

  • He does, but I usually fall asleep before he does, and once I am sleep I don't heart it, I am out.

  • I had bought earplugs for me and a strap off the internet for him that forced his mouth closed at night.

nothing worked til he had a sleep study during which he stopped breathing 50 times in 4 hours.

  • Occasionally, and when he does he sounds like a wood chipper! I shove him and tell him to roll over. That usually takes care of it.
