A flabby belly

I was wondering if anyone had ideas about how to get rid of the infamous "baby belly". People always say, "work out". But that only works if the belly is fat, mine is extra skin and I want it to go away.
I dont know how to reply to the answers I get on here, so thank you everyone who responded, I appreciate your input! :)

  • After having 4 babies, exercise and diet didn't help me at all. I still had to tuck my flabby belly in my jeans and wear my tops a size larger to hide it. I ended up having a tummy tuck and I was SO happy with it until I got prego again on BC.. Now I'm back again at square one, all those $ down the drain but Id do it again in a heartbeat.

  • Sit up's will still tighten that skin up. Isometric sit ups are even better at tightening the flabby skin up.
