Im feeling depressed in lonely everyday please help what should i do

  • I'm feeling that way too. Stuck in the house during a blizzard with my husband that is being a complete ass. I'm about to hit up a bottle of wine - but that's not good advice at all!

    Try to remember something you loved doing - taking pictures, reading, cooking, home decorating, knitting, sewing, calling a good friend, etc and do it. If you are stuck in snow states find a long term indoor project - like sew a quilt by hand for someone you love.

  • thanks alot for your help but the thing is ive been suffering from depression in its the same thing everyday one minute im sad depressed unhappy in the stuff that i use to like doing i lost interested in doing like some of the stuff you named i try my best to stay happy but it just dosent work.

  • See your Dr., he can give you something to make you feel better! Volunteer for something- anything! Taking care of doing something for someone less fortunate will make whatever is depressing you seem a lot smaller deal.

  • see your dr....get some therapy and or meds...then you can work on getting out and finding friendships,hobbys,work,etc.....
