If I'm feeling real depressed during pregnancy, am I setting myself up for PPD as well?

Not sure if this should be in health or pregnancy...

  • Yes depression is nothing to fool around with. I'd talk to your doctor on this. Congrats on the baby.

  • I could be wrong (it's happened before, I hear - lol) but I don't think you can "set yourself up for ppd". If you're struggling with depression and it's going on for a while, you really might discuss it with your doctor, though.

Depression isn't a good feeling, and I sure do hope you are feeling better very soon.

Congrats on the addition of a little one to your life :)
