salad with dried fruit and unsalted sunflower seeds, a hard boiled egg and fruit, yogurt with granola or fiber one cereal (avoiding carbs or gluten?) fresh fruit in a yogurt dip or sliced roasted chicken with veggies. Mrs. Dash 'yellow' salt free seasoning is awesome. I like it on an avocado and just eat it with a fork.
