  • Very normal. It's the hormones. This too will pass. At least now you know what it is, it will be easier to get through. Find something to keep you busy. Call a friend or your mom, go out to lunch, make lists of what you need for the baby, think of names.

  • I would call my mom but were not talking right now because she's being super selfish and I need her to be supportive not selfish. I'd call my sister but she takes my mom's side.

  • it is very normal. often times when you are pregnant your harmons are wacked out. you can look in the mirror and just start crying hysterically especially if your spouse is at work, children are in school and you are alone. its just harmons and that too shell pass. lol

  • next time you are feeling lonely and want to cry
think it as you are already a mom, worrying is part of being a good mom
super heightened feelings part of being a mom
    yes, horomones
but also your body, mind and soul preparing for motherhood

try to laugh at yourself next time a stupid commerical makes you cry
try to enjoy your super heightened emotions, embrace them are motherhood
and know in your head that this is normal, AND this is healthy

  • It might be normal, but it's not useful to rationalize the feelings. Better to just know that you feel like crying for no reason than to try and find a reason (re: "feeling lonely") because that way lies potential problems.

Go watch Beaches or Steel Magnolias or some other weepy flick and just get it all out.
