Do you put your baby girls in blue?

I really like blue on girls... I make sure it has a bit of girly detail to the outfit but otherwise I just go for it. I like them in 'boy's' colours, my little one doesn't suit pink at all and I detest purple so she's mainly in blue.

What about you?

  • My DD wears a lot of blue. Anytime I see a cute outfit in blue I buy it because they are so few between. Carters last year was big in the blue and brown for girls and I went nuts! Since DD has bright blue eyes blue looks fabulous on her.

  • I'm having a new great grandbaby coming in to this world any day now. I bought her a blue outfit and her mom says she's wearing that home from the hospital. It's so cute!

  • My children wore every color under the sun! I think gender specific colors are silly anyways. Girls look adorable in little blue dresses, boys look cute in a little pink polo (just as examples).

  • Yes I do. Blue is my favorite color.

  • Yes, I did. More so for my older daughter because there was more blue stuff for girls then. However, I would NEVER put a boy in pink.

  • I don't have girls but all my sons have worn purple sleepers. They didnt really go out in them but they still wore them.

  • My little 6 month old has a couple blue outfits. She's a redhead with blue eyes and putting blue on her really makes her eyes stand out. But her clothes aren't gender neutral - they all have ruffles or lace, etc. and I make sure I put a blue bow in her hair when she's wearing blue, just so no one can possibly mistake her for a boy!

  • I did, my daughter wore blue and when she did I put one of those headbands they make for babies on her after one of the ladies I know thought she had gone back in time and was looking at my son when he was little lol.
