What do you use to clean your makeup brushes?

  • Johnson's baby shampoo. swish in sudsy water and gently squeeze extra out after rinsing. lay flat to dry. Read this In Allure maazine years ago, and it works great on synthetic and natural bristle brushes as well as foam applicators.

  • brush shampoo, baby shampoo, anti bacterial soap, anything mild. I've used vinegar before too.

  • Baby shampoo or a mild anti-bacterial soap. I think I used my shampoo once. I've also used my facial cleanser (for makeup removal).

  • baby shampoo every three months rubbing alcohol before each use -- really reduces break outs!
