Does your 4 yr old still take a nap?

If so for how long?

  • Yes, thank goodness! For at least 2 hours and if she doesn't get that nap she is falling asleep on the couch by 6 pm.

  • Naps are starting to be hit and miss with my 4yo. He has always been a good napper (took two naps a day til he was 2, then one 3 hour nap every day up til now) but preschool is messing with his schedule. He is in school from 12:30-3, which is usually when he naps, and i think he's just getting to the point that he doesn't need a big nap, just a little "rest time". Some days he really NEEDS a nap though, but he fights it.
