Have you tried this? its very popular to substitute rice as its high in amino acid & protein. I made some last night & didn't mind it. If you like it how do ya make yours? do ya add anything to it. We added puree cilantro, onion & garlic while it cooked & then some fresh tomato when it cooled down with a little Italian Dressing.
