problems falling asleep,I need help????

IDK what to do. My 23 month old son has problems falling asleep at night.I asked him if he scare of the dark and said no.It takes him around 2-3 hrs for him to fall asleep.He takes a nap during the day and he has no problems with that.

  • Cut his nap in 1/2. Put a nightlight in his room, just in case. We do a whole bedtime routine. It seems to help us. We eat dinner, take a bath, then read a few books then bed. Good LUCK!!

  • I'd start trying to cut his nap in 1/2 and see what that might do!

    How's the evening routine? (meal, bath, book, etc )

    Also some kids clocks are just DIFFERENT. Nap time may soon have to go though!!

  • My daughter's developmental ped suggested meletonin because she has difficulty falling asleep. I would try getting a good routine in order, if he's still having significant problems, talk to the doc
