  • Just be persistent. Let him cry for awhile and hopefully he gets the idea. Good luck.

  • do the same thing everynight for ex. start with a bath, snack and a little drink, read a book tuck the baby in sing a song and everytime the baby comes out just say its time for bed and put the baby back. and make sure its around the same time.

  • consistency and routine. It is hard at first. But you have to start with a schedule for bedtime. It doesn't mean that your toddler will fall asleep or establish a sleep schedule right away, but it is a start. :)

  • you have to make sure that what ever you do the first night you try out a routine, you do it every night after that. With my son, we take a bath, get our bedtime lotion, we turn the music from the tadoodler on, and then he gets a cup of milk and tucked into bed. He gets outta his bed maybe 3 times, and I just keep putting him back in bed, and he goes to sleep once the smell of lavander really kicks in ans makes him super tired!

  • just set the scheldule you want him o be on and everyday do that same routine, the first week will be full of crying and mabey tantrums but by the second week he should come around and start doing what you have set in place for him to do. It could take longer every child is different.
