  • I buy Tofu, potato, root veggies, I love! All colored peppers for soup and what not, carrots, zucchini, onions, fresh baby spinach, dried cranberries for salads.  I eat cheese and dairy so yogurt and assorted cheeses, whole grain breads and crackers. I also buy pecans and assorted nuts for garnishing my dishes.  I have tons of vegetarian recipes I have collected over the years, and I am always experimenting, been doing so for the last 15 years.

  • Legumes, nuts, tofu, eggs (protein)

Any & every fresh veggie you can get your hands on.

    Fruits- again, we're not picky.

Whole grains, flour, flax, occasional pasta, etc.

    We're Ovo-Veggie.
