Need healthy snack ideas FAST

Going grocery shopping today. My daughter and I eat a lot of fruit and veggies for healthy snacks, but my husband absolutely refuses to eat fruit or veggies.

I need some healthy snack ideas that he will actually eat. Pretty please? Protein snacks would be good, I just can't think of any :(

  • Nuts are a very good protein snack, especially walnuts.

Hummus with a whole wheat pita is high protein.

You can make brownies with black beans & he'll never know he's eating a healthy, high-protein snack ;-)

  • Air-popped popcorn without butter. Whole grain, high fiber, filling. My DH eats it as a meal sometimes.
